Why Choose SHANNON'S AUTO BODY for Collision Repairs?

Certified Expertise
Our technicians hold industry-recognized certifications ensuring repairs meet strict safety standards. In order to maintain these certifications, we have committed to repairing vehicles the way the makers intended. We realize that it does cost more to do it this way. When given a choice most people would choose safe and proper over shortcuts, after all it is the same deductible to do it right.
Community Commitment
As a family-owned local business, we actively support community initiatives and prioritize customer care. Unlike some of the corporate collision facilities, our income stays local and goes back into our community.
Quality Assurance
We use manufacturer-approved parts and proven repair methods to restore your vehicle’s safety and performance. Yes, there are cost saving parts available and insurance approved standards.... When the manufacturer tells you something is unsafe or needs to be done, the insurance companies are not qualified to lower the standards to save a few dollars.
Transparent Process
Clear communication and detailed estimates keep you informed throughout every step of the repair. We believe that you make the decisions regarding your repairs.

Collision Repair Safety Standards
At SHANNON'S, we follow safety protocols to restore your vehicle’s structural integrity and functionality. Our certified technicians use manufacturer-approved parts and repair methods to ensure your car meets safety requirements after repairs.
How do you ensure repairs meet safety standards?
We adhere to industry certifications and use advanced diagnostic tools to assess damage accurately. Repairs are performed following manufacturer guidelines, and every vehicle undergoes a thorough safety inspection before returning to the road. Are original parts used in repairs?
Whenever possible, we install original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts to maintain your vehicle’s safety and performance. If OEM parts are unavailable, we consult with the owner and they make the choice on how to proceed.
What certifications does your shop hold?
Our facility is certified by General Motors, in fact we are the only shop within 50 plus miles that is certified to perform collision repairs on your Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac, and Buick. We are also certified in the following brands; RAM, Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, Nissan, Hyundai, and Kia.
How do you verify the quality of repairs?
Post-repair, each vehicle undergoes a multi-point inspection focusing on structural integrity, alignment, and safety systems. Vehicles are calibrated, scanned, test driven, and final scanned to ensure that onboard safety and comfort systems are functioning properly. If there are additional requirements by your vehicle manufacturer those are identified and followed.
Do you offer guidance on insurance and claims?
Our team assists customers throughout the insurance claim process, providing detailed repair estimates and documentation to ensure a smooth and transparent experience. We will help in any way that we can, sometimes it takes the vehicle owner to follow up or ask questions, but we will provide all the assistance that we can.
